Apologies for posting this to the dev queue but has anyone else seen the users list working? I'm subscribed and have even tried sending a message to it but have had nothing so far.
Am I the only one seeing this problem?

I successfully receive messages from the users list. Try to subscribe again or unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the list.
