Hi
I've noticed, that users who don't know roundcube yet, after composing email click on an arrow icon. Maybe it would be a good idea to change or put "send" icon on the "first place" ?

I have to agree with this one. I frequently almost click on the
arrow. Seems common to have the send icon at the far left. I catch
myself every time - but I can imagine many users clicking on the back
arrow if they aren't paying attention.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a confirmation here: "You
have not yet sent your message. What would you like to do? [Save as a
draft] [Delete message] [Send Message] [Cancel action]"

That's a good suggestion too. I can see it becoming annoying until
the user gains the muscle memory to click the send icon. I'm sure it
would be far less annoying than clicking the back arrow and losing
the message though!

Maybe we save it automatically as a draft and have a notice appear in
the info panel telling the user that; we can avoid the popup
completely while still saving the message.

Changing places for icons, and modifying send icon to something more "send" looking, connected with a message like Craig proposed, would be a good start. Another good thing could be placing a button for saving composed message as draft.
What do you think Thomas ?
