NEW per user smtp auth - Dev

      Hi !!
I just added to the CVS a minor change in rcube_smtp that
allows per user SMTP AUTH
the following configuration in main.inc.php will tell Roundcube
to use the current imap username and password also for SMTP AUTH:
$rcmail_config['smtp_user'] = '%u';
$rcmail_config['smtp_pass'] = '%p';
