How can we make RoundCube supported Turkish Character Coding(ISO 8859-9)?
At the moment, it does not allow Turkish character to be sent or even to be displayed correctly.

Support for different charsets is currently not provided in RoundCube. We're working on this and will add a charset selection in the next release. Until then, you have to be patient...
