Hi all, It seems that the search don't search the email but only the object and the body.
Are right or was a bug?
Thanks
Test if your IMAP server provides SEARCH facility, and if it does search inside the mail body when used with a standalone mail client, like Thunderbird. This issue is common for older versions of dbMail, for example.
Kind regards, Doichin

Type 'body: search_string' in search field to search mail body.
Yes, it's not user-friendly.
I'm using the gmail imap.

Sorry... My problem is the opposite. I'm not able to search the sender mail. For example if I write info in the search box I find 0 messages also if I have a mail from info@somedomain.com.
Thanks

When you check "Entire message" (body) then SEARCH/SORT TEXT command is used, which means "Find messages that contain the specified string in the header or body of the message". If you get wrong result, you should debug imap connection, this could be a bug.
Type 'body: search_string' in search field to search mail body.

We've got user-friendly search menu in svn-trunk version.
It's possible flag entire message as default?
Thanks

Currently no, search modifiers are stored in session. We must move them to config.
