I just downloaded the latest CVS version a few minutes ago hoping this issue may have been resolved, but it appears it still hasn't. I also inquired about this on this list a month or so ago with no response. Roundcube is basically completely unusable at this point for me.
The basic issue is that if an email is replied to by Outlook 2003, Roundcube shows the message to be blank. If the email had previous text quoted, this IS shown, but the latest response (at the top of the page) is blank.
Any solutions to this? It only seems to happen coming from Outlook 2003 as HTML. Of course that is how I receive most of my mail and replies.
Thanks, Max
Here too. I've received 4 messages today that were not readable (appeared blank). Sender's client was outlook 2003 in each case.
It renders Rouncube useless and i hope this issue can be solved a.s.a.p. because i LOVE Roundcube as it is now!
That ánd the not-working Contacts function in the composer screen. If those points are solved, i think we are moving towards a pretty stable version (in my opinion).
Regards,
Martin

Ho stop; i think i've found out what one of the problems is: if you select a part of the blank message, text appears! So the text must be WHITE, but ís there.
Another thing: attachments are lost too.

Yes, I noticed that as well. It's kind of hard to highlight the text, but if you start clicking on around the top part of the message, indeed the text shows up.
I hope this gets fixed as I like the way this product works.
Thanks, Max

Try forwarding the "blank" messages to yourselves or another email account and look for any formatting errors or differences. Outlook2003 must insert some tags that RC renders white or somesuch. Then try to replicate any tags or differences you see by sending them from another email client (Not Outlook2003) and verifying RC doesn't show them.
Once that is confirmed, Thomas can determine the fix, and make you happy!
Happy New Year to the list,
