I finally managed to get the latest CVS snapshot and install it replacing the 16/12/05 version.
It seems it has troubles with texts and especially with French localization. Special characters are replaced by ? and some texts like "loading " seems not to be retrieved well. [loading] and others texts into [].
Is there a fix or should I change something to get the latest CVS snapshot working good in French localization ?

Same issue here on the latest CVS, I changed in the language file in the meantime.
Please look into this to correct in CVS.

Check your language files under program/localization/. I had the same problem with English. Even though my config was set to en it was using en_US which was an empty directory. Not sure if my snapshot was incomplete but it was a simple fix to copy the files so I did not bother looking into it.
