Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. When a user attempts to login, the username/paasword is entered correctly, but instead of logging in it simply returns to the login screen. The second time the user/pass is entered, everything works dandy.
Its not a major issue, but more of an annoyance. If anyone has any solutions, they woud be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I'll dig in and see what I can find.
Thanks!
This happens to me often when the login has long ago timed out, and dumped me back at the login screen. When I try to login again, it returns me to the login screen, and the second time it works. I believe it has to do with the address bar still containing the old auth key. I know I would greatly appreciate this being fixed.

I don't see this happening at all here. What version on RC are you using?

Latest CVS version, downloaded from CVS this past Sat 31 Dec. The same thing was happening with the CVS version from 16 Dec 05.
Yes, it was an exciting New Years Eve for me...lol

Sounds similar, however this happens on any login attempt even on a machine that has never logged in before. The problem is reproducable under Windows, OSX, Linux, using IE6, FFox 1.0.7 & 1.5, and Safari.
