We have set up a server with the latest download version of roundcube. However, whereas MOST users can log in, there are some that just get
"Login Incorrect" - even though the user/pass is definitely right (tested).
Any ideas where to start looking ? I have turned up the logging level to max, but there are no errors logged ....

Would be interesting to see what is their password? Because if they use special characters the encoding might be the problem.
