Where do you guys discuss new features? Such as the spell check dictionary & saved addressbook searches-- you guys implemented them, but never saw a discussion.

We discuss them here if we need some input from users or other developers. When the features are clear for as, there's no need for discussion. This is the right of core developers ;)

These two features have been added for a specific customer project and we considered them worth to become core features and therefore pushed them back upstream. The specification was given by that customer and thus no discussion was started over here. Now as they're part of Roundcube the process for improvements and fixes is open.
