I've installed the 102105 version, seems to work really well otherwise, but when I go to another folder or read an email, my Inbox shows as empty. Nothing except logging out and back in seems to fix it.
I tried disabling caching, but that didn't help either.
Try using current CVS. Should be fiexed, at least it is here (CVS from last sunday).

this issue is known and solved in latest CVS. If you can't use CVS, please wait until the next nightly build.
