Issue with login

Hi, I am using RC 1.0.3 on CentOS server, with Dovecot and MySQL backend. I noticed strange behavior with some users; they can't login because "Error invalid request. No data was saved" occours. No problem in logging through pop3 or imap. I had no problem with other users on the same server. How can I investigate this? Thank you

Help with encryption

Hi everybody. I have been diving for a while in roundcube mail archives, and I have seen many threads about supporting gpg, etc. To me, using mailvelop it is more than enough, but I do not have the required knowledge to modify roundcube to display the attachments "encrypted.asc" in the body of the message. Could somebody point me in the proper direction? Regards, Felix

Password change plugin not working

The password change plugin is not working. I am using the same config file I used on my old test server where it worked. Does this plugin use php-mcrypt (which I do not have yet for armv7)? I am using in the config.inc.php: I am using md5crypt for my user passwords in the postfix database. $config['password_db_dsn'] = 'mysql://password@localhost/postfix'; $config['password_query'] = 'UPDATE mailbox SET password=%c WHERE username=%u limit 1;'; Which worked before. But in the main config.inc.php, I have:

Finding spammer reply-to addresses without logging in to every account

Hello We use Roundcube for our ISP's domain customer webmail. An account has been compromised and the spammers reply to addy put in. Any way to find which account contains this address in reply to without logging in to them all? Bob

Even though the install test succeeds... From the roundcubeinstall webpage, I run the Test IMAP Config and I can log in. spell checker

I am installing roundcubemail on a Redsleeve6 server from the tarball: roundcubemail-1.0.3.tar.gz As the RSEL repo does not provide a roundcubemail rpm (like Centos6 does). So I am going through the install (I now have all dependencies other than php-mcrypt) and see the following: // Set the spell checking engine. Possible values: // - 'googie' - the default // - 'pspell' - requires the PHP Pspell module and aspell installed // - 'enchant' - requires the PHP Enchant module // - 'atd' - install your own After the Deadline server or check with the people at http://www.afterthedeadline.com before using their API // Since Google shut down their public spell checking service, you need to // connect to a Nox Spell Server when using 'googie' here. Therefore specify the 'spellcheck_uri' $config['spellcheck_engine'] = 'googie'; And the install web page said that if you select google, then the mail is sent to google for spell checking? But here in the config file, it implies that 'service' is no longer available and there is a spellcheck_uri, but I don't see the syntax for that in the config file. So where can I get instructions for the spell checking? Or to just turn it off for now? pspell and enchant do not seem to be options.

Problems with mysql connection

temp directory

I am looking at my old test setup on Centos6, and the tempdir is set to: main.inc.php:$rcmail_config['temp_dir'] = '${_tmppath}'; I can't find where the variable tmppath is defined though at a guess it is some Centos apache or php default temp path? I see that the main.inc.php is gone and the format now is: config.inc.php:$config['temp_dir'] = '<your temp directory here>'; So I tried: config.inc.php:$config['temp_dir'] = '${_tmppath}'; And of course this did not work. I was not supprised. How might I figure out how tmppath is defined, or where is a better place for temp files than under /usr/share? Like /tmp/? thanks

how is the following error alleviated ? IMAP Error in /roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php (184): Login failed for user from 1.2.3.4. Empty startup greeting (localhost:993) thanks in advance for any solutions

Sorting identities
