new_user_identity issue with RCU 0.9

Hi, I was using new_user_identity plugin with RCU 0.8 without problems. I've just upgrade to 0.9 and it doesn't work anymore. I don't have any error message but the pluggin seem to stop to fill user identity when a new user log to the webmail. I've did a tcpdump during user login and no ldap request is sent. When i go to "a propos", the plugin is listed as used in his 1.0.7 version. Any idea? Cannot import addresses from my vCards (Mac "address book" app.)

autocomplete with LDAP address book

I recently implemented the LDAP address book using anonymous login and read-only access. It seems to be working (i.e. I can click on "Address Book" and see the addresses I want to see). However, when composing a new email, it doesn't auto-complete addresses I begin to type with those in the global address book. From some quick googling, I understand that this is supposed to be an out-of-the-box feature. How can I enable this feature? -Zach

BUG 0.9.0 trash deleting

Some members wish to empty trash manually, by delete and not "empty", this way preventing select messages from being expunged. case 1: Success- highlight all messages, deletes, working same as the empty folder option. case 2: Failure- highlight all messages, control un-select a few messages to keep, results in no deletions at all. I have verified this members report on use of a separate (test) account.

can't access calendar after update to 0.9.0 (only with larry)

Hi, i recently updated to 0.9.0, and then updated plugin_manager and downloaded all the updates (including Calendar 14.1.2). i like very much the new version, seems stable and the new features are working very well. now i'm having only one problem with my calendar doesn't shows on larry theme (keep loading, with grey screen), but if i switch to classic then the calendar works fine. on logs/errors it prints a few lines like this every time i reload the page (only if using larry) DB Error: [1054] Unknown column 'reminder' in 'field list' in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mail/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_db.php on line 416 (GET /mail/?_task=dummy&_action=plugin.calendar_fetchalllayers&_start=1366599600&_end=1367463600&_category=&_tzname=America%2FMontevideo&_echo=1&_=1366605261839) i did run udpate.sh after 0.9.0 upgrade any clue?

RCU 0.9 and new_user_dialog

Hi folks, I am testing RCU 0.9 and found that the new user dialog plugin is not behaving good for me. It shows up the dialog, I make some input, click save, the screen gets reloaded and there is the dialog again, with the inputed data - saved at least. Only way out of the dialog is kill the cookies and login again, then no dialog anymore, as expected. Also, I'd like to suggest two new features: default values (for organization), and template support (for signature). I already use new_user_identity, so it gets name and mail address from LDAP, but organization and signature would be great for large/enterprise deployments. Formatting change with v0.9.0 ?

People, Pre my update from the beta of v0.9 I could use blank spaces at the beginning of lines like: xxx xxx xxx __zzz zzz zzz xxx xxx xxx but with v0.9.0 I get: xxx xxx xxx zzz zzz zzz xxx xxx xxx - how do I get the old behaviour back? Stable version 0.9.0 released

Hello folks We can proudly announce the next stable release of Roundcube. This version enhances the webmail experience with these new features: * Improved rendering of forwarded and attached messages * Optionally display and compose email messages a new windows * Unified UI for message view and composition * Show sender photos from contacts in email view * Render thumbnails for image attachments * Download all attachments as zip archive (using the zipdownload plugin) * Forward multiple emails as attachments * CSV import for contacts The major change of this version isn't really visible to the users but even more important for the developers: the Roundcube framework. We decoupled the core functions for IMAP access, SMTP email sending, database abstraction, caching, etc. from the webmail application in order to make them usable for other free software products. Another major change since the 0.8 series is the new database abstraction layer. In order to add support for SQLite3, the PEAR:MDB2 dependency was dropped and Roundcube now uses the native PHP Data Objects (PDO). It's enabled by default since PHP 5.1 and is considered stable and well-developed. One drawback, however, is a small lack in the MySQL PDO driver which makes PHP 5.3 a requirement for this version of Roundcube when using the MySQL database. A minor but rather handy improvement is a complete new database update mechanism that makes schema changes much easier to be deployed. After the upgrade, simply run bin/updatedb.sh to apply the necessary changes to the database Roundcube connects to. In case you used bin/installto.sh to perform the update, the schema upgrades are done applied and no further actions are required. After lots of testing and collecting your feedback, this version is considered stable and it also includes the recently discovered vulnerability that allows an attacker to modify its users preferences in a way that he can then read arbitrary files from the server. We therefore recommend to update all productive installations of Roundcube. Addressbook CSV Format

Hi! I would like to import an addressbook in CSV format. I exported it from a database and would tweak it manually according to Roundcube's requirements. Simple fields like firstname, surname, name and email would be sufficient. All my attempts failed and Roundcube complaint about wrong format. Could somebody help me please and describe how the CSV should be formatted? Regards, Jan
