Reset password for users who has forgot password

Hello roundcube users, Got one fast question Is there any plugin that could reset (or remind or send link to change password form) lost password for roundcube mail user? We don't want to destroy or interupt meditation of ours SysOps :D I was searching & searching & searching & googling for some option/plugin doing this but I didn't find anything useful. Suggestions please

Hello guys, Is there a way to use inbox as default folder, the issue I see is that one person does not like the fact that when you have a folder called MYBackup as an example and I just checked that folder for mail, and I log out, next time I log in it takes me to that folder instead of the inbox folder. Please let me know if there are nay tweaking I can adjust in order to have the default login folder set to inbox. Thanks, RM

RCM appears to be the culprit for non-delivery of some emails to GMail addresses

People, This is my setup: Fedora 28 x86_64 workstation + Firefox <=> Fedora 26 x86_64 Server + RCM + QMail + multiple domains <=> Internet I have multiple email addresses for the multiple domains I run web sites and mailing lists for - last night when I mailed to someone from phr AT philiprhoades DOT org to a their GMail address - the mail was not delivered. I went through a bit of debugging with the recipient today and what I know so far is: - If I use RCM and the phr email address to send mail - even though the QMail logs say that the mail was successfully delivered - it never actually arrives - BUT no bounce message is ever received either. - If I use swaks on the server to send a test email from the phr address to the same person, it is delivered OK. - If I use qmail-inject on the server to send the original email that failed from its Maildir Sent dir to the same person, it is delivered OK. So it looks like something that RCM is adding to the headers is being objected to by the GMail servers or something - of course since nothing is ever actually delivered or bounced, I can't compare the header lines of the failed emails to the successful emails so I can't make any more progress trying to work out what the problem is. I have occasionally had rDNS issues but my diagnostics don't seem to fit that non-delivery issue . . anyone got any ideas? Is it possible that GMail servers can successfully accept emails but then silently fail to deliver them to recipients? You are still misunderstanding - the mail has header lines that were included by RCM and the local server - so that mail, stored in the Sent folder, can easily be resent manually - which works. The problem is that because the mails that are sent unsuccessfully by RCM directly, and appear to reach the GMail server and then disappear - we never see the header lines that would be added by the GMail server(s) - so we can't compare them to the mails that are resent manually and successfully. Sharing DB between last stable and 1.4-beta

Hi, is it possible to share one DB instance between 1.3.7 and 1.4-beta? I'd like to give users the option to test the new beta (and have the option to switch back to stable just in case). New skin looks awesome, I really like it! Best regards, Thomas

Elastic skin and user avatar in the message display

Hi, I have installed v1.4-beta with elastic skin and I really like it. It looks great, but more importantly for me, it really works well on desktop and mobile. Well done guys. I have one question about the sender avatar in the message view. I think it is one static picture, sourced from the mail server, and not, say a dynamic picture loaded form an external source such as gravatar. Is this correct? In either cases, I would like to disable this avatar in the mail view, side-wide, if possible. But I could not find a setting in this respect. Is there perhaps a config file I could tweak to suppress the image from the message view? Thomas

Roundcube 1.3.6 and set first time user email to domain, not imap host

Good evening, it is able to set somehow RC to us as a domain for new user only domain ? we use imap host (mail_host) "email.domain.cz". user put username for example "johny" as an username, put password in his profile setting in the roundcube he get email setting "johny(a)email.domain.cz". How do I set "creating" of the email addres for a new users. We must preserve imap host "email.domain.cz", but the user must have set up <user>@domain.cz Thanks and best regards J.Karliak -- Ma domena pouziva zabezpeceni a kontrolu SPF (www.openspf.org) a DomainKeys/DKIM (s ADSP) a implementaci DMARC. Pokud mate problemy s dorucenim emailu, zacnete pouzivat metody overeni puvody emailu zminene vyse. Dekuji. My domain use SPF (www.openspf.org) and DomainKeys/DKIM (with ADSP) policy and implementation of the DMARC. If you've problem with sending emails to me, start using email origin methods mentioned above. Thank you.

Roundcube Webmail 1.4 beta released

Dear subscribers We proudly announce the beta release of the next major version 1.4 of Roundcube webmail. With this milestone we introduce some new features: * New responsive skin with mobile support * Email Resent (Bounce) feature * Improved Mailvelope integration * Support for Redis cache * Support for SMTPUTF8 See the full changelog in the release notes on the Github download page [1]. Thanks to the tremendous effort Alec has put into the new skin, we finally managed solve the most urgent issue and make Roundcube accessible to the growing number of mobile and tablet devices. In order to make it the default for your users, change your config.inc.php accordingly: $config['skin'] = 'elastic'; As an alternative, the plugin elastic4mobile [2] makes it the default for mobile devices while keeping the configured default for desktop browsers. The Elastic skin is built with LESS and of course the sources are included. They allow a certain degree of customization by adjusting some color variables [3]. All you need is to compile your very own customized skin with lessc. This is a beta release and we recommend to test it on a separate environment. managesieve and 'editheader' extension

Hi, we just moved all domains and mail accounts to another hoster, and I managed to convince the new hoster to install the 'editheader' sieve extension, as we definitely need it. It's not a problem to type the 'addheader' commands manually in the filter set (as the managesieve plugin for RC doesn't offer any options for it yet). But it is a sort of problem that all 'addheader' commands are being deleted if something is changed again through the frontend of the plugin. Is there any way to avoid this...?
