Update 1.3.7 released

Dear subscribers We proudly announce the next service release to update the stable version 1.3. It contains fixes to several bugs backported from the master branch including a security fix mitigating the EFAIL issue recently discovered in OpenPGP. See the full changelog in the release notes on the Github download page [1]. This release is considered stable and we recommend to update all productive installations of Roundcube with this version. Download it from https://roundcube.net. And there are more good news ahead: the long awaited responsive theme for Roundcube, codename "elastic", has now matured and we'll publish a beta release with the new skin soon. For a quick preview you can already pull the Docker container roundcube/roundcubemail:elastic which bundles the current git master version with the elastic theme enabled. Problem with mixed charsets

Unfortunately, I was inaccurate and used not quite correct ways of saving the attached file. That is, if I saved the attachment with RC menu, everything works correctly. But if I tried to view the attachment or save it by browser command, then the embedded html file is displayed and stored incorrectly. The Hex codes of ciryllic leters are different when I saved them with RC and browser commands. The fact that the RC command "save" is output as D0 A1 D0 BE D1 81 , when saved by the browser (and, probably, when displayed) has the value D0 A0 D0 8E D0 A0. Hello! We are using RC 1.1.4. I understand that this is an old version, and it is not supported. I ask you to see my questions at the end of the letter. A problem was detected with Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) reports. The old version of the SEP generated reports in the form of letters with an attached file, and the attached file was supplied in a base64 coding. This worked fine. The new version forms reports in the form of a multipart letter with directly included HTML code. In this case, for the letter as a whole, the charset is not specified. Also, the RC shows that there is an attached file of type xml. However, the RC does not correctly save this attached file and, as a consequence, incorrectly opens it. First, the size of saved file is about a quarter less than the attached one. Secondly, in content, it sharply differs from the same file saved from the same letter with the help of Thunderbird. Questions: 1. Was such a mistake detected and corrected in the later versions of the RC? 2. Is there any reason to consider the report formed by the SEP as incorrectly formed? 3. roundcube.net website refresh

Hi, I was thinking that with the work on Elastic progressing it might also be a good idea to refresh the roundcube.net website and make it responsive. As an initial step I have created https://johndoh.github.io/. I have made very little changes to the actual content. Two things I have done are remove references to Sourceforge and added Plugins to the nav bar. I have used Bootstrap to make the existing content responsive. As I said, this is an initial draft. I am not a graphic designer. And I have not bothered to make new screenshots. Before spending too much time on it I thought I'd share my idea and see what people think. Are other people working on this? Is it even something that the devs really want an outsider doing? Thanks, Phil

please help roundcube large size file attachments

hi? I'm wonjeh from South Korea. I'm a newbie to roundcube. I installed roundcube and using it very well but I found there is no way to upload large size file like more than 1GB~2GB(http maximum size) other e-mail program can upload large size file the way to upload large size file is that the large size file will be uploaded to the webserver and only the download url link will be in the email. if there is plugin for that? or can anyone develope the plugin? -- *김 원 제* Mobile: 010-2901-4237 E-mail: wonjeh(a)gmail.com

Identities can't be edited in git-master anymore

Hello, see subject - identities can't be edited in git-master anymore (Classic skin, presumably due to the latest commits). What about the Elastic skin, BTW - should it work, what should I see? Currently I'm seeing (more or less) text only, and it was pretty difficult to return to the Classic skin (plus that some settings were gone, e.g. the layout). Security Update 1.3.6 released

Dear subscribers We just published a security update to the stable version 1.3. It primarily fixes a recently reported IMAP command injection vulnerability caused by insufficient input validation within the archive plugin. Details about the vulnerability are published under CVE-2018-9846. Additionally, we back-ported some minor fixes from the master branch which improve PHP 7.2 compatibility as well as PGP signing and key handling for those who use the Enigma plugin. See the full changelog in the release notes on the Github download page: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/releases/tag/1.3.6 We strongly recommend to update all productive installations of Roundcube with this new version. Internationalised email addresses

Hello, In the internationalisation features, I see "IDNA support" in the list. However, does Roundcube support internationalised email addresses, like for instance, andré(a)homebox.space? I tried with version 1.2 and the front-end interface does not even let me press the send button, and displays an error. I have not seen this in the changelog for version 1.3. Is it on the roadmap?
