Hello, I just had a look at roundcube by installing it from svn and it works like a charm. However the interface has at least one serious limitation. You can only navigate from page to page with next and previous which in my case with over 3,000 mail in my mailbox make it unpractical, mainly when some mail sent by badly coded application are not dated with the "Date" field in the headers which mean that they appear at the "end" of the list and I do not feel like clicking 3000/40 times to seee them :) On a wish list I would add * an option to only display unread email * a header and footer section in the settings (per identity perhaps) * a way to import contact would be great as well * all the ilohamail feature not yet implemented :p >From an ease of use point of view, if you forget a few "youth issues", this is the best webmail I saw so far - much faster than @mail, it is not far from being as good as Zimbra (which is stuck to lots of backend code). Thomas PS: I tried to create some ticket on trac for this but could not find how to do it, even after registering.

Mail priority patch

Hi all, Quick yell to say that there's a patch to fix the mail priority handling available. When you're composing a message with the latest svn, if you choose highest priority, the message is actually marked as lowest priority and vice versa. Not likely to affect too many people as most leave it at the default, but I got bit by this one while sending an urgent email. Timezones

In my timezone, it is now daylight savings time, so if my settings are my real timezone, the time is wrong. That isn't a big deal, as I can just swap with a different one twice a year. To make it easier to choose the right timezone (the first time, or when DST happens), could you show the current time next to the timezone field. That way, once it matches your real time, you know you've chosen the right timezone. If this is already done in cvs, I'm sorry for wasting your time. Timo

"Remember me" Patch

This patch duplicates Gmail's option of the same name. It stores the username and encrypted password in a cookie (_cuser and _cpass). Anytime you visit RC, you're taken directly to the Inbox. The patch is available from: http://www.whidbey.com/richs/rc-rememberme.patch (Please avoid copy+paste, which might garble the localizations). As a side effect, you could set "_cuser" and "_cpass" cookies from another web app, or submit them with a form. Remember that you'd need to mimic Roundcube's "encrypt_passwd" function. After patching, please examine "program/include/main.inc", around line 701: $cypher = des('rcmail?24BitPwDkeyF**ECB', $pass, 1, 0, NULL); And line 708: $pass = des('rcmail?24BitPwDkeyF**ECB', base64_decode($cypher), 0, 0, NULL); I'd recommend changing 'rcmail?24BitPwDkeyF**ECB' to something unique for your site (Could this become a Config option?). For example, 'k2mJs9*l_38qms-CYkja!9Oq'. Otherwise, anyone could decrypt a password if they had access to cache, cookie, etc. Feedback appreciated! Maybe we can work to get the option into SVN? Rich
