Groups Sort Order Contacts Mail Addresses

Hello, is it possible to sort the order of the mail addresses in the contacts? Why do I ask? In the mail groups always the first mail address is used - even if it's the work and a private is available! Or is it possible to mark a preferred recipient address? I'm using Roundcube Webmail 1.3.4 Greetings and thanks Ulli

hello, One of my PCs just made a little chime which seemed to coincide with a new mail. It is very quiet outside which may be why I never noticed it before. Seemed to come from the internal speaker of server. Does roundcube do that or might it be dovecot, getmail, sieve ? If it is dovecot where can I turn it up or off ? mick -- Key ID 4BFEBB31

I have the password plugin in use for years now with passwords stored in MySQL. I was thinking about something that would send a link to activate a new one. Some days ago a new customer was sitting next to me in front of the screen and he told me he did not write down his password anywhere. This is a very good point...one that can be addressed in its configuration. You see, it pays to do a little research prior to attempting to denigrate someone's contribution to the discussion. First of all, the password plugin is packaged WITH RCE...as in, in the tarball. Second, if you go into the password plugin directory and read the README file, you'll find that section 2, "Drivers", covers 20 possible configurations: 2. Drivers 2.1. Database (sql) 2.2. Migration problem

Hello, I made a roundcube migration to another server with another ip address. I made a database backup via phpmyadmin and restored it to the new server. knowing that the old server contains a mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.73 database under redhat 6.8 and the new server contains mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.60-MariaDB under redhat 7.6. The backup and restore procedure worked well. However I can not find the address book and the preferences of the user. Is there a migration and restoration procedure very specific to roundecube so that I find all the data or a support to my problem. Thank you verry much i need your support.

Plugin ident_switch

Hello friends. When I try to send an email after putting the ident_switch plugin, I get an error. The SMTP is authenticated. How can I make the plugin work for me correctly? Specifically, this is the error: SMTP Error (535): Authentication failed. Thank you.

strtotime()

Hello! Moved the old email-stuff to a new server on CentOS, can connect with roundcube after copying the email-folders but get: [14-Apr-2019 19:48:14 UTC] PHP Warning: strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the dat e.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /var/www/root/mailsystem/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_session_db.php on line 104 Also the date of the copied emails are empty. Sending the original IP address to the IMAP server

Hello everyone, I would like to know if there is a way to configure RoundCube to send the original IP address to the IMAP server, using the ID command. This is used in Dovecot, to log the remote IP address where the client is connecting from. and not having the logs filled of connections from "127.0.0.1" Is it something supported by RoundCube? TRYING AGAIN: Replying to previously sent mail

People, I didn't get an answer to this a couple of months so . . trying again: I am currently on version: 1.4-beta but on previous versions, RCM was smart enough to know that when I would reply to a previously sent email in my Sent folder, that it knew the new reply should go to the original recipient and not back to myself - this behaviour has stopped in the last version or so - is there any way I can turn it back on? I am constantly sending out an email with a promise to follow up when I have more information about something and it is very convenient to just reply to the previous email . . and not get it sent to myself . .
