Hello, I'm looking the way to access all user signatures and modify them (telephone number, etc). Is there any way? I can access to DB but need to look how they look in HTML view. thanks in advance, -- Saludos!! Limit number of attachments
by Sam 28 Apr '16

28 Apr '16

Hello, I've set up roundcube and everything is ok except one thing that I can't find how to tune : When sending email, users can upload a lot of files if each file is under the : - upload_max_filesize - post_max_size before sending the email (wich one will be reject by exim size rules). But someone can fill up the upload temp file with just sending upload files. Did I missed something or is there anything to do to limit the number of attachment that a user can send ? Thanks a lot. Samuel.

session data stored in memcache is not in plain-text?
by Alex Mihičinac 27 Apr '16

27 Apr '16

Hi all, I have a question about sessions stored in memcache. It seems that if I switch session store to memache, all the session data looks like binary data. This is an example: ------------------------------------ get 9c5h585db64sqiubm5h9k1ioi1 VALUE 9c5h585db64sqiubm5h9k1ioi1 2 808 xuTMS0+R&A>b2C{[qTdH2d;jv%8oO0*vDTD ~4'q<D# 8pF(k0z&J01Ғ .... END ------------------------------------ Is this expected behavior? I'd expect something like this: ------------------------------------ get qvildov82ptrfv0d6jsgo9h6h2 VALUE qvildov82ptrfv0d6jsgo9h6h2 0 167 a:3:{s:7:"changed";i:1461755585;s:2:"ip";s:14:"<anonymized>";s:4:"vars";s:84:"temp|b:1;language|s:5:"sl_SI";request_token|s:32:"<anonymized>";";} END ------------------------------------ Any hint more than welcome. Best regards, Alex

roubecube-1.1.4 - use sender identify based on "To" field
by Robert Söderlund 26 Apr '16

26 Apr '16

Hi all! Is it possible to configure roundcube to use the address in "To" or "Delivered-To" headers without setting up a new identity when I reply or forward mails. The important (at least of what I think ;) part of the configuration is: $config['plugins'] = array('identity_select',...) $config['identity_select_headers'] = array('Delivered-To','To'); $config['identities_level'] = 0; //Robert -- Robert Söderlund

auto folder activation
by joao＠7lan.net 21 Apr '16

21 Apr '16

I've found some information about this but only with known folders. I would like to know how to automatically activate dinamically created folders in my roundcube. I have some sieve rules that dinamically creates folders based in discussion lists, dates and etc... how to make roundcube show them automatically when new folder are created? Thanks!

Published Updates 1.1.5 and 1.0.9
by Thomas Bruederli 20 Apr '16

20 Apr '16

Dear subscribers We just published updates to both stable versions 1.0 and 1.1 delivering important bug fixes and helps protecting Roundcube against more XSS and CSRF attacks. Version 1.1.5 also has two new plugin hooks integrated and version 1.0.9 comes with cherry-picked fixes from the more recent version to ensure proper long term support. See the full changelog in the wiki [1] and the selection for 1.0.9 on the release page [2]. Both versions are considered stable and we recommend to update all productive installations of Roundcube with either one of these versions. Download them from GitHub via https://roundcube.net/download. As usual, don’t forget to backup your data before updating! Best, Thomas [1] https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/wiki/Changelog#release-115 [2] https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/releases/tag/1.0.9

Release candidate for 1.2 out now
by Thomas Bruederli 13 Apr '16

13 Apr '16

Hello folks Roundcube 1.2 is pretty much complete and after adding some last-minute improvements we just published a release candidate to give it another round of testing before we slap the 'stable' tag on it. We hereby invite you all to test the release candidate and report remaining bugs to our issue tracker. The most important features we added in 1.2 are: * PHP7 compatibility * PGP encryption in two flavours * Improved security measures to protect from brute-force and CSRF attacks See the full Changelog in our wiki: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/wiki/Changelog Download the packages or the signed source directly from Github: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/releases/tag/1.2-rc Please note that we recommend to test it on a separate environment. And don't forget to backup your data before installing it. Another note: with the upcoming stable release of 1.2.0 the old 1.0.x and the 1.1.x series will only receive important security fixes. Updates to these two branches are to be released soon. So stay tuned! Best, Thomas
