Should I disallow access to certain roundcube directories in nginx? I'm especially concerned about arbitrary PHP execution in the user upload directory. - Grant

Xampp, hMailServer and Roundcube

Hello, I am a noob as far as webservers go and have been attempting to redirect webmail clients through Roundcube to https rather than http. Does anyone have any advice on how to accomplish this using XAMPP on hMailServer with Roundcube on a Windows machine? Thank you in advance! last login plugin

does one exist? looking to show users where their last login came from, maybe even last failed login came from too I was doing this on squirrelmail five years ago, just decided to enable it here, but don't seem to be able to find one, surely I'm just having a blonde moment?

How to configure Password plugin with Roundcube and mail server on different systems?

Dear Roundcube folks, having a system with a Postfix and Dovecot (using vmm [1]), a second system with Roundcube accessing that system and a third one with a PostgreSQL installation, I wonder how I need to configure the Password plugin [2]. I found a blog entry in German instructing how to do that [3], but it does not work for me as I configured Dovecot to use password type SSHA512. Setting `password_crypt_hash` to `sha512` I get an error, when actually trying to replace the old with the new password. PASSWORD_CRYPT_ERROR I also do not understand, why there are `password_dovecotpw` configurations options. Do I need to install these on the Web server running Roundcube? Unable to log into Mailman member options with HTTPS

Dear Roundcube folks, just a note, that I am unable to log into my member options in Mailman when I use HTTPS instead auf HTTP. Attachments limit

Hi, Are there some limit in the number of attached files in one email that Roundcube can process without problem? I am experience some problem to view (preliminar view and open in a new window) emails that have more than 30 files attached. When I try to view, for example in preliminar view, appears the loading message and RC do not show the email and the loading message with loading animated image do not dissapear never. May be a problem with the quantity of attachments or another cause. TIA. Jorge Colaccni

upload size limit

I've set main.cf in postfix, php.ini, and nginx.conf to an 8M file upload limit but Roundcube still states a 2M limit. Is there somewhere else I need to specify this? - Grant

Managesieve plugin not working with dovecot 1.2 anymore?

Hi Alec, I am testing 1.0-rc with, now, an hour old version from git. My goal is to upgrade an existing RC version, currently running 0.8.6 to 1.0 when 1.0 is officially released. The server is running Debian Squeeze (oldstable). It seems that the managesieve plugin doesn't work anymore with an older Dovecot version (1.2). Even when I set "managesieve_port" to "2200", the plugin doesn't load.
