Firefox - "Mixed content is not blocked: not secure"
by Philip Rhoades 30 Jun '18

30 Jun '18

People, I access RCM in a SSL protected directory and use FF as the routine browser for accessing this RCM on my server. After upgrading from Fedora 27 x86_64 to F28 on my workstation, I started seeing a "grey lock with an orange triangle": https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mixed-content-blocking-firefox?redirec… It appears that this is due to: skins/classic/images/watermark.gif - if I delete that file then the lock returns to its expected green colour without the orange triangle. Is this a serious issue? Thanks, Phil. -- Philip Rhoades PO Box 896 Cowra NSW 2794 Australia E-mail: phil(a)pricom.com.au

Info for all users
by Jorge Bastos 30 Jun '18

Hi all, Just an info, not roundcube related but using Roundcube/for roundcube maints/sysadms. I've seen in my users, one in a while, some users being hacked in this form: * Somehow "they" got the user password, the one's I've saw were all msoutlook users so my guess is that the user got some type or virus/trojan that send that info to them. * "they" that info to enter the webmail (not sure if manually or automatically) * Ransomware is sent using Roundcube, if you check the sent folders you'll see emails with .jar attach's (and possible others) May be handy for someone this info, Jorge,

User preference and identities missing when migrating to new server.
by Mike Burger 27 Jun '18

27 Jun '18

Hello, all. I'm in the process of migrating from my physical, in house server to an instance in Amazon's cloud. I've got Roundcube installed and functional, but I'm having a bit of an issue. In order to make this transition as seamless as possible I've: - Installed RC 1.3.6 on the new server - Migrated my MySQL databases, in whole, from the old server to the new. - Made sure to migrate my config.inc.php file. - Ran the ${RCUBE}/bin/update.sh script to ensure smooth transition of any schemas. The issue I'm running into is that none of my preferences (views settings, identities, folder subscription settings) seemed to have made it across. Are the user specific preferences not stored in the MySQL DB and, if not, where are they stored, so that I can transition them over, as well? Thanks. -- Mike Burger http://www.bubbanfriends.org "It's always suicide-mission this, save-the-planet that. No one ever just stops by to say 'hi' anymore." --Colonel Jack O'Neill, SG1

1. Look at the dovecot sieve logs. 2. Remember about days option. If example this option have value 1, autoresponder on this account send message only one time per day to specified e-mail address. The info about it you will find in the dovecot sieve log. Dnia 21 czerwca 2018 16:45 Andreas Meyer <a.meyer(a)nimmini.de> napisał(a): Yes, I understand so far. How to install elastic skin
by bertrand.caplet＠chunkz.net 20 Jun '18

20 Jun '18

Hey there, I'm trying to install elastic skin on my 1.3.6 roundcube. I've downloaded current git repo (https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail) and moved the skins/elastic directory to my installation's skins directory. After selecting elastic as skins in my users preferences, some css files cannot be loaded so the page display is weird. Here are some example of css not loading (error 404) : * https://domain.example/plugins/calendar/skins/elastic/calendar.css * https://domain.example/plugins/managesieve/skins/elastic/managesieve_mail.c… * https://domain.example/plugins/libcalendaring/skins/elastic/libcal.css As written in https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/tree/master/skins/elastic page, I've done the following commands : $ lessc -x styles/styles.less > styles/styles.css $ lessc -x styles/print.less > styles/print.css $ lessc -x styles/embed.less > styles/embed.css I have also ran "bin/updatecss.sh --dir skins/elastic". But it's not better, does anyone installed this skin on recent RoundCube version ? Or does anyone have a clue ? Thanks in Advance, Bertrand

Sent message not saved in folder
by absolutely_free＠libero.it 17 Jun '18

17 Jun '18

Hi, I am using RC 1.3.5 Sometimes it seems that sent messages are not saved in "Sent" folder. Configuration is correct, I suspect there is some issue with IMAP server (dovecot), like a very high load, some storage issue, and so on. Is there a way to configure RC in order to "wait" for a correct reply from imap server, before actually send a message? Thankyou
