One of our users ran into a bug where she had 200+ message in her trash and
was unable to delete them. Trick for that was to go into a message, delete
it, then you could select/all delete in the Trash folder. You have to repeat
this process until you empty the bin.
I got this down to the last 16 messages and they would not delete
whatsoever.
So, I deleted her account and added her back in. (We use a Cpanel backend,
btw.)
Now, she cannot delete messages at all. She does not have a trash folder
under Inbox and Sent items. When we try to delete a message either from the
inbox or inside a message, it flashes an error 'Cannot move the message.'
What can I do to completely reset this user's cache and such and make RC
treat it like a brand new email address?
Using the 1203 CVS version.
